Menu plan recipes

A menu plan recipe is the link between a Rotation day and the list of recipes to be used on that day.

The Menu plan recipes link under Parameters in the Economat menu links to the list of menu plan recipes that have been defined.

Here's a list of of menu plan recipes for Rotation day 1:

Each line represents one menu plan recipe - a dish to be made for a specific meal on a specific Rotation day.

The Rotation day is listed in the first column, Day. The second column, Meal, lists the name of the meal. Sort order determines the order recipes are listed in when viewing or printing a list of Menu plan recipes for a specific meal. The Recipe column has the name of the recipe to be used. Category is the name of the category the recipe belongs to. Examples are 'Vegetarian Main Dish', 'Salad', 'Side dish', etc. These categories are user-defined.

The final column, Percentage, indicates the percentage of people this dish should be prepared for. This column is used in the calculation for ingredients, please see FIXME.
