Recipes¶

The Recipes link in the ECONOMAT menu lists all recipes in the system:

Each recipe is defined for a default number of people, often 100. It can be any number as long as the amounts for each ingredient match that number of people; Serse will automatically recalculate each recipe for the desired number of people when it is used in a Menu plan date.

Clicking on the name of a recipe shows all the recipe details:

Clicking on the Edit button

allows editing of the recipe, which is self explanatory:
